Embrace life for what it is, Amor Fati (Love ones fate.) Do you think that its a coincidence that men who live simple lives in third world countries are so happy and fulfilled? I don&#8217;t. There lives consist of work the land for 12 hours, eat dinner with family and go to bed happy to do it again. Men are the most mentally well when they are working hard and especially! Especially! when it comes to meaningful work that one can be proud of and or a purposeful task important to said man. If you don&#8217;t believe me then think to yourself about the marathon runners as they come across the finish line and are chatting amongst themselves after the race. They are Euphoric! They feel good and I know that feeling first hand with my time in the military. Think of this the next time you are dreading going to work or when in a crummy mood throughout your workday. Men are supposed to work, and are minds and especially our dopamine receptors are on our sides.
